| As many of you know I was awarded the OFSC volunteer of the year award back in September at the OFSC AGM. This came as a total surprise to me since I never once gave much thought to the work I do for organized snowmobiling. There are literally thousands of people that volunteer each year to make this sport what it is, I just do my small little part of things but I am glad I had to the chance to represent all of the volunteers this year. |

| With veteran snowmobile racer Corey Davidson at the controls, the Yamaha Apex snowmobile clinched its third consecutive victory in the grueling I-500 snowmobile race in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. on Saturday, Feb. 2. The 500-mile race around the iced oval is one of the most demanding snowmobile races in the world and a huge testament to Yamaha's four-stroke power. Besides providing a three-peat for Yamaha, the victory also gave Davidson his seventh win in this event and his 10th career 500-mile race win. |

| MEDINA, MN (Jan. 29, 2008) - Polaris snocross racer Levi LaVallee made Winter X Games history on Sunday by becoming the first competitor to win medals in four different snowmobile disciplines when he won the gold medal in snowmobile freestyle. It was the second gold medal of Winter X Games 12 held at Aspen, Colorado, for the 25-year-old Polaris IQ® Race Sled pilot from Longville, Minnesota. |
